A hospitality venue was losing customers to slow table-side service and had decorative CCTV that gave the operator nothing useful.
PROBLEM
Service times had drifted to 25+ minutes during peak hours. The existing 4-camera CCTV had no recording retention and couldn't be reviewed without on-site access. Lighting was on/off with no zoning.
