We started in 2022 as an infrastructure services partner — installing smart-home systems, CCTV grids, Microsoft 365 tenants, and solar deployments for residential, hospitality, and government clients across Nigeria.
Doing the work taught us how Nigerian businesses, estates, and federal agencies actually buy, deploy, and live with technology — which procurement processes work, which vendors are reliable in this market, and what a long-term service relationship needs to look like to be worth signing.
In 2025 we incorporated a US entity in Delaware so that partners on either continent could contract with us inside their own regulatory framework — without negotiating cross-border every time. The same engineering team, the same operations team, two ways to sign.
